Who we are

Buildwise Technologies LLC (“Buildwise”, “we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy covers the website only. The work we do for clients is covered by each client’s agreement with us.

What we collect

• When you register: your full name, work email and company website, the page you registered on, the website that sent you here (for example a search engine or LinkedIn) and the first page of this site you saw.
• When you book a call: the booking happens on Calendly, under Calendly’s own privacy policy. We receive what you enter there, such as your name, email and your answers to its questions, which page of this site you booked from, the website that sent you here and the first page of this site you saw.
• When you browse: this website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser and collects no personal data. For the length of your visit, the site itself keeps in your browser tab the website that sent you and the first page you saw, so a registration or booking can say how it began; it is gone when you close the tab. Cloudflare, our website host, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use your details to get back to you, to understand your firm and to tell you about Buildwise’s services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Google Workspace: registrations are kept in a Google Sheet and sent to us by email.
• Calendly: call bookings.
• Cloudflare: hosting the site, its server logs and the visit count.

How long we keep it

We keep a registration while it is useful for staying in touch, and delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or ask us to stop contacting you: write to david@buildwisecre.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you have further rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to restrict or object to how we use your details.

Security

The registration form sends your details to our Google account over an encrypted connection.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at its top.
